Simply iconic Banksy Di-Faced Tenner from the personal collection of Banksy’s ex-manager Steve Lazarides.
Features Princess Diana on the front of Banksy’s version of a £10 note and Charles Darwin on back.
Released by the artist in 2004 he used these in make it rain stunts that year.
Many cool subtle elements are this note including “Banksy of England” and “TRUST NO ONE”.
It comes with a hand signed Letter of Authenticity from Lazarides which also serves as excellent provenance for this piece as single Banksy Tenners do not qualify for Pest Control COA.
Additionally the letter from Lazarides and the frame both have matching holographic stickers with QR code and serial numbers affixed to each to connect the 2 items together.
Custom framed by ROOQ Fine Art Framing in NYC with UV Plexiglass in black frame with white matting to show both sides of note.
Released framed with letter by BNG Bottleneck Gallery in 2019.
